NQ4 AI Gen2 Processor
Essentially, the brain of the TV, this processor is a higher-end option found in Samsung’s Neo QLED and OLED ranges. As with most modern 4K TVs, its main objective is really to make lower-resolution content look closer to 4K, which it can do in real-time; however, it can also leverage neural networks to enhance and optimize picture and audio in other ways, too. For instance, it has a Real Depth Enhancer Pro feature, which can make content look closer to how most people see in real life, creating more 3D-like, realistic depth. This isn’t great for movies, but it would be phenomenal with nature documentaries, for example.
Neo QLED
What is Neo QLED? Well, it’s basically mini-LED technology, which means instead of a traditional LED backlight, you have one with thousands of small Quantum Mini LEDs. This means you’re getting a TV that can be much more precise when it comes to color, brightness, and contrast. These TVs are great for brighter rooms, especially when compared to OLEDs, and boast exceptional picture quality.
Auto HDR remastering
